RE:2024 Annual Inspection of EnergySolutions’ East Side Drainage System: Module 15Ground Water Quality Discharge Permit UGW450005.
Dear Mr. Anderson:
On September 20, 2024, an inspection was performed at EnergySolutions’ Clive Site by representatives ofthe Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control. The inspection assessed
activities and testingresults of the East Side Drainage System (pipeline integrity and alarms) for compliance with conditions ofthe Groundwater Quality Discharge Permit UGW450005. Results
of the inspection were discussed with Jon Anderson, Environmental Compliance Manager as well as David Booth, General Manager.
Based on the findings documented during the inspection, and subsequent emails providing documentation, the items reviewed were found to be in compliance withthe requirements of the Permit.
