On November 20, 2024, the Division of Drinking Water received the attached project notification form, plans, and
specifications for the proposed Benloch Ranch 750K Tank project for the Jordanelle Special Service District water
system. This project is referenced as Water System #26086, File #17762 in our plan review database. Please use
these numbers for future correspondence related to this project. This project will be reviewed by Dani Zebelean.

Dani,
Please find attached the Request for Operating Permit for the Benloch Ranch Tank - 750,000
gallons. Included with the request letter is the results of the BacT test along with the OP Checklist.
Also attached are photos depicting the tank hatch with shoe box lid and gasket, screens on tank air
vents, and overflow drain line with air/gap and screen.
The tank has been completed and ready to be placed into operation for the Benloch Ranch
development Phases 1-4. The adjacent pump station is not fully complete. The piping and valves
for the water tank are located within the pump station structure.
Please let me know of any questions or other needs relating to this Operating Permit request for
this tank.
