The Cole Canyon Water Company has requested an extension of that order as outlined in paragraph 21 of the Order. The Director authorizes an extension to specific items outlined in the attached supplemental Enforcement Order Schedule (“EOS”). Please sign and return the attached Supplemental EOS within 30 days to acknowledge the extension. Please be advised that the original September 6, 2023 Order remains final, and the System will remain rated "Corrective Action."
