Describe the deviation that occurred:
RTO temperature fell below 1,360 degrees F for approximately t hours.
Production activities were halted, and lines connected to the RTO remained
down until repairs were completed.
Was the deviation due to and "upset condition" as defined in Section ll of the permit.

5 Describe the probable cause of the deviation:
Replaced new wirers to the cool down damper.
6 Describe any corrective actions or prevention measures taken:
Restarted without incident.
