Your willingness to accommodate this request is greatly appreciated . Observations: The initiation of this L2 assessment is due to multiple Total Coliform positive (TC+) results in routine samples, as well as repeated samples required under the revised Total Coliform Rule (RTCR), recorded in April, June, and July 2024. The Enoch City Water System has installed chlorinators at every well source and they had been running a short time at the time of my visit. Conclusions: With the newly installed chlorinators on the system, the presence of bacteria is no longer a concern. Although the chlorinators were still being calibrated at the time of my visit, they have already demonstrated their effectiveness. Recommendations: We recommend implementing a comprehensive and effective flushing plan to help remove biofilm from your system. This process will address issues such as discolored water and the chlorine odor, while you continue fine-tuning your chlorinators to achieve optimal performance. 195 North 1950 West • Salt Lake City, UT Mailing Address: P.O.
