Dear Mr. Bird,
On behalf of Union Pacific Railroad (UPRR), Jacobs is submitting the 2024 Site and Soil Cover Inspection
that details the state of the property and soil cover for the former UPRR Western Pacific Rail Yard,
Voluntary Cleanup Program (VCP) Site No. 048. The inspection form and photo log are being submitted to
the Utah Department of Environmental Quality (UDEQ) to comply with the terms and conditions of the
Site Management Plan. The activity and use limitations for the site continue to be followed. UPRR looks
forward to receiving UDEQ approval of this document.
