DDW,
I just received the results back from our roune samples taken on July 28th. All water samples showed Coliform was PRESENT and one sample alsoshowed E. Coli was PRESENT.
Our invesgaon results taken at the end of June showed ABSENT at the sources and in the distribuon. I believe the samples could have been
contaminated so here is what we will do this week.
Here is what we will do-
Take another sample in the same locaon as the previous sample that was taken (DS001) at lot 91 from the distribuon. Take a sample upstream and
downstream from that site and send in the 3 samples to test again.
Nofy our owners and put a boil order in place to take precauon unl we get the results back from the upcoming water samples.

Hi Justin,
Sorry I have been out all week on vacation. Will be out the remainder of the week. I am including Mark Berger and David Kruse in this email. They will be able to assist you
while I am away.
I can see the E. coli positive sample was from Bathtub Spring WS003.
Following actions:
3 distribution system repeats (DS001), upstream, downstream, and the original TC+ DS001 routine sample. 5 confirmation samples at Bathtub Spring WS003 taken back to back (1-2 mins apart) We will require public notification (possible boil order) depending on the repeat/confirmation sampling
Sounds like repeats might have been taken, but not these confirmation samples. Please take the confirmation samples as soon as possible if they have not already been
taken.
Did you move forward with a boil order? If so, could you send that to this email with "reply all". We have to review and approve all public notices.
I called and left a voicemail. I will be around till around noon today.
Please "reply all" when responding to this email so David and Mark will also get the email.

As we discussed on the phone, here is the boil order template, instructions and certification form. With the delay in 24 hours for samples as well as your request, we are
moving forward with this boil order.
Please fill out the Boil Order PN and send it back to us for review and approval. Please reply all with this public notice.
After it is complete and sent out, please fill out the certification form.
We will wait to see what those sample results come back as tomorrow, but will continue with the boil order over the weekend or until a second set of samples could be taken
if needed at this point.
Let me know how the investigation goes of the system and possible contaminations.

DDW,
Aer I received the results back from the lab on July 30th, I nofied the State through email, and all our owners through Facebook. I composed an email
and had the HOA board email all the owners as well. We'll see what the results look like from our retesng that was submied today, and then we can
move forward accordingly.
Below is the Facebook post I sent out on July 30th at 15:58. The email followed the same structure and included the same verbiage.
