On April 11th of this year, you sent to the Paunsaugunt Cliffs SSD a Notice of Water System Violationregarding the failure to run a routine bacteriological analysis for the month of
February 2022.
This letter Certifies that in accordance with that directive, a Notice of Violation, copy attached, was sent via US Mail, to all the customers of the Paunsaugunt Cliffs SSD on Nov 8,
2023, in their monthly billing statement. It is our belief that this meets the Public Notice Requirements as specified in R309-105-16(3).
