Good Morning/Afternoon,
In the month of SEPTEMBER, Your water system did not take a routine total coliform sample.
Was a sample taken for this water system? If so, please send those results to [e-mail].
If a sample was taken and you do not have a record of said sample, please contact the lab you worked with to get that
sample and send it into [e-mail].
If applicable: If the Water System was not open during said month, please provide DDW with the month the
System Closed.

Hi Mz Tammie,
Hoovers closed down operations labor day weekend. That's why you haven't received a water sample for September or
October. We don't plan to open until Memorial Day weekend 2025. Is there something I should do at this point?

I am resending this email so that I can confirm if the Water System was open.
I was a little confused when you just said "September 2nd Labor Day".
I didn't want to assume what that meant.
Was the Water System open at all in September?
