Subject: Of Land Escalante Missed Sample Statement
To: <sfederico@utah.gov>
Afternoon Sitara,
I was told to write you guys a statement about the missed sample for Of Land Escalante. On September 02, 2024 I
collected samples for Garfield County for various pools and a drinking water sample from Of Land Escalante. I returned
these samples to the health department in Cedar City on that same day so that they would be collected the following day.
There was a miscommunication and the samples were not collected by the person collecting water samples that following
day. If you need any further details please contact the water lab supervisor, Klint Frei 435-986-2541.
Thank you,
Glade Shakespeare
