This was discussed by the VSA team in their meeting on November 26, 2024, and they determined that installing these
safeguard valves is sufficient to resolve the deficiencies and return the violation to compliance for the Cinnamon Creek
Recreation Area UTAH03105 water system.

Here are the corrections for Cinnamon Creek showing the shutoff valve installed. Can we resolve these deficiencies?

Hi Andrew , Here are your systems discussed at the last ACS meeting.
Thanks,
Indianola 20073, ? L2,s,exceeds the Not approved points threshold .
We submitted pictures for the tank gaskets. We did not end up replacing them, but we pulled
them off and put them back on eliminating the gap between the joint of the gasket. Also, we
are in the planning stages of a project at Indianola. The way the system is designed, we have
way too much water storage and not enough usage. I think the stagnant water is an issue.
We would like to leave the large tanks for fire suppression and irrigation and install a smaller
drinking water tank that overflows into the large fire suppression tanks. This would help keep
the drinking water fresh and eliminate the stagnant water problems. We are trying to get this
project on a budget cycle and then we will work with DDW to get it designed and permitted
properly. We have a very similar system at the Wanship meetinghouse.
Cinnamon creek , Send email saying you were closed may of 2023 , you have a violation for not taking a
routine 25 pts.
Which month is the violation for? Even though we were shut down, the water system did not
close until September and I believe we have routine samples through September. Also, the
new valves have been installed that have the battery backup to close when power is lost.
They were installed at shutdown, so they have not been put into service yet.
valley view stake camp 29046 , Chlorinator Eye wash 25 pts, send picture of a bottle of eye wash sitting
in the building , source data issue ?
Pictures of eye wash were sent in today. I just collected the 2024 data and will send that to
Cameron
Camp Zarahemla 15023 , L1 6/24 No repeats , 2 quarters of MRDLs , 4a RTCR vio,
I am not sure on this. I have copied Jesse to provide an update.

Camp Ben Lomond-Shawnee 29062 , Mrdl,s & 41 vio failure to demonstrate effective treatment 100
pts.
I am not sure on this as well. Possibly Jesse can provide an update.
