this matter effectively.
Please be advised that violations for the outstanding significant deficiencies are scheduled to be
assessed on November 25, 2024. To prevent any adverse impact on the IPS report, including an
additional 50 points for each violation, I urge you to contact me before the specified date.
Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.
