The Bryant’s Fork Summer Home association is responding to the deficiency report generated from the Sanitary Survey
performed by Leslie Freeman on 9/25/2024. I have attached our proposed corrective actions for the 3 deficiencies that
were noted. Please review and acknowledge receipt and acceptance.

One deficiency has already been corrected and a photograph is provided as evidence. The other two have Corrective
Action Plans outlined here.

I have also attached the deficiency report for reference.
