This report is required by Part I.H.13 of the Clive Site Ground Water Quality Discharge Permit. UGW 450005 and Condition 12.3 of Radioactive Material License UT 2300479. The report satisfies the requirements of and appears to be in compliance with requirements of Part I.H.13 of the Groundwater Quality Discharge Permit and conditions 12.3 of the Radioactive Material License. Therefore, these requirement for 2023 are hereby closed out.
