I noticed that the original plan from 2004 listed residences on septic as an uncontrolled potential contamination source (PCS). The management strategy for this PCS states that the system would distribute public education annually, however, documentation that this occurred in the last update cycle (six years) was not included with the update. Do you have any recordkeeping or documentation showing this was implemented over the last update cycle? If not, I will need you to distribute public education material to residences on septic within the protection zones and provide me with a copy of what was sent. I've attached the management section from the original plan for your reference. I can provide 90 days before a formal disapproval letter is drafted. Let me know if you have any questions.
