Dear Mr. Rogers:OnAugust 23rd, 2024,representatives of the Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control, Utah Department of Environmental Quality, performed Inspection Module 3,
Quarterly Decon (3rd Quarter)at theEnergySolutions Clive Facility. The inspection was a verification of compliance with Utah Radiation Control Rules, 49CFR, Transportation, and the conditions
of your Radioactive Materials License as they relate to radiological safety at the Clive Facility and material release. The inspection consisted of a review of records, field measurements
and observations, and interviews with EnergySolutions personnel.
All items inspected met applicable regulatory requirements and site procedures and no further action is required in regard to this inspection.
