The Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control (Division) understands that EnergySolutions is requesting an extension of the September 30th, 2024 submittal date of the Environmental
Monitoring Report due to analytical result delays. The Division agrees that this data is an integral component of Environmental Monitoring and that EnergySolutions had no direct control
over the GEL Laboratories service delay.
The Division approves EnergySolutions request for a submittal date extension to October 18, 2024 for the submittal of the first 2024 Semi-Annual Environmental Monitoring Report,
