Hi Jenn,
Bona Vista 29004 has physically disconnected this tank and would like it listed as Abandoned in our system (see Pictures) , as per pictures and conversation with Jake Wood RW . Thanks ,

The tank is currently empty and dry. Two large rocks are on top of
this tank but there is currently no lock on the access opening.
Bona Vista PWS states that they have disconnected the line to
the tank and are working with DDW to remove this tank from the
inventory.
