Dear Sir;
This letter is to inform you that Ross Equipment Company is now in compliance with the
recommendations that were made by Jon Parry on August 15, 1996. The following corrections
have been made:
> We have designated an emergency coordinator. The emergency coordinator is Ron
Jensen, Shop Foreman. The employees have been instructed on the proper procedures
pertaining to the handling of hazardous waste. Please see enclosed instructions.
> The drums have been labeled as hazardous waste. There have been signs placed above the
barrels designating what is to be put in the barrels. Barrels have also been dated.
> Hazardous waste instructions have been posted.
