Noncompliance with stipulations of hazardous waste inspection.
Dear Mr. Thompson:
On August 15, 1996 an evaluation was conducted at your facility by representatives of the Department of
Environmental Quality, Division of Solid and Hazardous Waste. At the time you were left with a copy of
the evaluation repon, which included hazardous waste management practices that required revision in order
for you to be in full compliance with state and federal regulations. Along with the changes required to your
waste management practices, you were requested to verify in writing, by September 30, 1996, that those
changes were accomplished and that you are now in compliance with the applicable laws. That written
verification has not yet been received by our office. In order for you to avoid additional enforcement action,
it is imperative that you submit that letter of verification immediately to resolve this matter.
