On April 24,2019, Hardware Ranch and the Division of Drinking Water entered into a Corrective Action
Plan (CAP). As of JuneZl,2019, Hardware Ranch has successfully completed the requirements listed in
the CAP. The CAP is now officially closed, and the water system's rating will be upgraded to an approved
status with -10IPS points.
The Division of Drinking Water recognizes that addressing deficiencies and violations can be difficult and
often requires significant financial and personnel resources. We would like to thank Hardware Ranch
Water for the efforts put forth in resolving the items, and your continued commitment to maintaining
reliable infrastructure and ensuring the safety of the drinking water provided to your customers.
Please find enclosed current copies of the completed CAP requirements, monitoring schedule, and IPS
