SUMMARY: This is a routine visit by the DERR to check on the progress of the site. Thirteen
tiny homes are now up at the site and most of the foundations are finished (or close to being
finished) on the northern half. The weather was about 40 degrees Fahrenheit and raining. All
unfinished foundations were covered with a tarp. The road along the north and east side of the
site has been paved. A temporary fence still separates the site from the adjacent properties to the
east.
