permitted to landspread milk and food processing by-products including
whey, waste yogurt, food fats, greases, and non-hazardous wash down
water.

Comment The 2023 Annual Report was reviewed. The facility reported that they did
not receive any waste for land spreading.

Comment The 12/07/2023 Inspection Report was reviewed and no issues were noted.
The facility has not received waste since 2019. The facility was inspected
again on 07/30/2024 in response to excess flies in the area. The facility
resumed landspreading activities earlier this year. Compliance Advisory No.
2408110 (DSHW-2024-007713) was issued in response to the excess flies
observed and standing water. A No Further Action Letter (DSHW-2024-
008439) was issued after the facility adequately corrected the violations and
receipt of confirmation from the LHD that no more complaints were being
received.
