The facility has not received waste since 2019. The facility was inspected again on 07/30/2024 in response to excess flies in the area. The facility resumed landspreading activities earlier this year. Compliance Advisory No. 2408110 (DSHW-2024-007713) was issued in response to the excess flies observed and standing water.
