Thorough records are maintained although they are lacking inspection records for surface drainage controls. The facility is planning to implement the use of Fast Field to make record keeping more efficient and organized. They will implement documentation of surface drainage control inspections. Brown liquid and litter were observed in cell B which is not currently in use. The facility operator did not know what the brown liquid was. Metals and waste tires are segregated for recycling. The working face was very large, the operator indicated they had a fire and were unable to place cover because they had to dig out the fire. He said they were working to decrease the size of the working face.
