General Comments
Comments The facility has good signage throughout. Thorough records are maintained
although they are lacking inspection records for surface drainage controls.
The facility is planning to implement the use of Fast Field to make record
keeping more efficient and organized. They will implement documentation
of surface drainage control inspections. Brown liquid and litter were
observed in cell B which is not currently in use. The facility operator did not
know what the brown liquid was. Metals and waste tires are segregated for
recycling. The working face was very large, the operator indicated they had
a fire and were unable to place cover because they had to dig out the fire.
He said they were working to decrease the size of the working face.
