Attached is the inspection report from yesterday's inspection.
There are a few things I need done. First will be due in 30 days. The second will be due the 15th of each month for the
next three months.
Test records were sent in just following the inspection. So disregard that on the inspection report.
1. Submit documentation to show that you have removed the water / product from the spill
containment bucket for tank 2 and 3A . All spill buckets must be properly maintained,
and must be kept dry and free of water, product, and debris, so they can function
properly. At the time of the inspection,/The inspection report indicates that tank 2 and
3A spill buckets had water / product in them.
2. Submit a properly filled out UST Operator Inspection Form by the 15th of each
month for the next three months. (Sheet available at the store only had the last two
months filled out.)

Phillip the UST Operator Inspection Form, you are asking for does our walkthrough take place of
the form or do we have to use the form?

I have not received anything yet on these compliance items.

Hey Phillip,
I had understood that I'd be submitting the documentation to Good 2 Go for them to forward along.
October's inspection should be completed soon, as our technician will be in the area towards the end of the
month.
Below are the technician's notes from the work order for the September inspection completed on 9/25/2024.
If any pictures are needed, Sydney should have them available through the Teton app:
Performed inspection. Removed and disposed 5 gallons from spill buckets. Unleaded interstitial Sensor
needs to be replaced.
Note: Sydney, if you ever need to access copies of these forms, I've been sending them directly to you via
email and also uploading them to ServiceChannel under the relevant PO / ticket.
