Yes SUMMARY: This was a routine site visit by the DERR to check on the status of the site. Work is concentrated on the northern half of the Site as most of the lots are underway with various stages of foundations. Approximately 5-10 tiny homes are now present. Per the approved Remedial Action Plan (RAP) for the site, there must be vapor intrusion mitigation for all residential and commercial structures. Most units will have foundations with crawl spaces, including all the homes that are currently installed. Access to the crawl space will be from inside the home. Work is still underway on the Pavilion. Along the east side of the site, the road has been paved and is at a final elevation that is higher than the east-adjoining properties, in accordance with the approved RAP. Large boulders have been placed along the slope of the site and the east-adjoining properties. No work is occurring on the southern half of the site.
