Subject:Operating Permit, Replacement of Distribution System Water Lines;
System #07032, File #10885The Division of Drinking Water (the Division) received a request for an Operating Permit for the subject project from your consultant, Jones and DeMille
Engineering on November 13, 2024. The Division issued Plan Approval for the project on August 2, 2017, and Division staff conducted an onsite final inspection on July 3, 2023.
The Division understands that the project consisted of replacing all of the distribution water lines in the Camp Timber Lane water system and associated appurtenances with new PVC piping.
The Division has received the following information for the project:
Certification of Rule Conformance with plan approval conditions by a professional engineer
Record drawings.
Satisfactory bacteriological results as evidence of proper disinfection and flushing.
Evidence of O&M manual delivery.
The Division has determined that all conditions for operating permit issuance have been met. On this basis, an Operating Permit for the water line replacement projectis hereby issued
as constituted by this letter. You may now place the new water lines in service in your water system.
Please maintain a copy of this letter with your permanent records for future reference.
