I and Ensign Engineering was not involved in the construction observation of this tank. However, at the request of Kevin McLaws I have visited the tank site, as well as photos and construction reports prepared by Alpha Engineering and believe that this project was constructed to the approved plans and specifications and any changes made were done in accordance with Utah Drinking Water Rules as described in Utah Administrative Code, R309- 500 through 550. Additionally, the two booster pumps and transmission lines designed by Ensign Engineering (#13402) has also recently completed construction. According to our observations, this project was constructed to the approved plans and specifications and any changes made were done in accordance with Utah Drinking Water Rules as described in Utah Administrative Code, R309- 500 through 550. Operations and maintenance manuals for the booster pump along with bacteriological test results and record drawings of the project are included. The system has a copy of these items for their records. An operating permit for these projects is requested. If you have any questions concerning this information, please feel free to contact me at any time. Sincerely, Kelly Chappell, PE Principal
