This letter is notification that Big West Oil LLC (BWO) is expecting to refill Tank 54 no earlier than 111612024.
Tank 54 is subject to 40 CFR 63 Subparts WW and Utah R307-327. This notification is being provided in
accordance with the requirements of Utah R307-327-5(5) and the UDAQ 30-day Group 1 notification wavier dated
May,28,2024. Notification for deinventorying and degassing of the tank was sent under a separate notification in
accordance with requirements of $63.1066(b)(1) and Utah SIP Section IX.H.l1.g.vi.
