General Comments
Comments The facility was open with no operator on site. Waste was observed
throughout the facility and extending beyond the facility fencing. A very
strong smell was overwhelming. Fencing was down/removed. Waste is
being spread in all areas of the facility, rather than only in the drying bed
area. Fungus/mushrooms were observed growing on the ground across the
facility.
