Thanks - the main information that I needed was confirming that the May project has completed. I will use the horsepower
that was associated with the previous project though as we currently have to cite the engine size for all of our
temporary relocations. I'll start processing your most recent request.

Susan,
We did have slightly different equipment on that job, but for our impactor on this job the hp would be the same @ 385
hp. Also, for the job from May 2024, we are done with it. So, for this Paraiso project, I used the April 2025 date only
because it was 6 months. There is a possibility that we will be there that long, but I am unsure at this point.
Thanks,
Melissa

Thanks for your quick response. The problem now is that they are close enough together that they are operating
within the same airshed and the new proposed relocation represents essentially an expansion of the May 2024
project. I'll review this as a combined project and get back to you soon. I see that you have a proposed completion
date of April of 2025 for the new equipment, Just to be certain though, can you give me the proposed completion
dates for each relocation project? Can I also assume that the proposed impactor track is using a 385 hp diesel
engine and that the jaw track is using a 225 hp engine? These are the ratings on the similar equipment used for the
initial May 2024 project. Thanks again, let me know if you have any questions.

Susan,
Hi. THanks for looking into this. I looked at it, too, but wasn't sure if I could use it? This job is right across the street.
So, a different job, but very close.
What do you think?
Thanks,
Melissa

Hello Melissa, I noticed that your company has a current relocation issued in May of 2024 with similar equipment
and an address that is not far from your electronic request that was submitted yesterday. Can you look at the
attached Letter and let me know if your most recent request is indeed a different project? If it is the same
project, this equipment is still approved for 180 operating days starting from the day the referenced equipment
was turned on. If it is a different project, can you let me know if the May of 2024 equipment is still operating? Just
as a FYI, we normally don't reference miscellaneous equipment such as backhoes and loaders, but we do
require the hp or kW size of the diesel engine that is powering the track equipment. Let me know if you have any
questions. Thanks!
