Good Morning, Sitara,

I am emailing regarding the triggered source sample results that the Huntington Plant emailed the State. Colt reminded us
that the results need to show the source sample name. I spoke with the Health Department Water Lab last week, and they
confirmed they had re-sent the sample results report last week (to DDW Reports [e-mail]) to include the
well source sample name. I am emailing you to see if you received the updated sample result report? If not I will continue
working with the water lab to get you the updated report. In the meantime, I have attached the original sample results
report for your reference. Thank you for all of your help!
