Lincoln,

All soil wastes for the Former Sommer Auto RAP will be disposed of at the Intermountain Regional Landfill. Wasatch has verified that they can receive this waste.
Wasatch has also received our Treated Groundwater Discharge permit from the Utah Division of Water Quality, so the groundwater waste will be disposed of to the
South Salt Lake stormwater system, post treatment. Please let me know if you have any questions.
