SITE NAME: Sommers Auto Wrecking

SITE LOCATION: 647 WEST 3300 SOUTH, South Salt Lake, Utah

DATE OF SITE VISIT: 15, August, 2024

PURPOSE OF SITE VISIT: DERR (Lincoln Grevengoed) visited to observe ongoing remedial work and to
confirm that dewatering was taking place.

FIELD OBSERVATIONS: The DERR observed that a second Baker tank had been brought to the Site. Both
tanks were currently not in operation due to a lack of fuel. The DERR was assured that this would be
remedied by the next day. The water level in the pit was visibly reduced, presumably due to prior
dewatering efforts. Additional absorbent pads had been placed in the pit in an attempt to further reduce
the free product in the water. These will apparently be removed from the pit at a later date, containerized,
and disposed of appropriately.
