SITE NAME: Sommers Auto Wrecking

SITE LOCATION: 647 WEST 3300 SOUTH, South Salt Lake, Utah

DATE OF SITE VISIT: 13, August, 2024

PURPOSE OF SITE VISIT: DERR (Lincoln Grevengoed) visited to observe ongoing remedial work and to
confirm that dewatering was taking place.

FIELD OBSERVATIONS: The DERR observed the Baker tank in operation dewatering the Exc-4 pit. The
water level in the pit was visibly reduced. Apparently, several confirmation samples had already been
taken from the floor of the pit. The DERR was informed that excavation of Exc-4 would likely continue for
approximately another three weeks. Excavation at the other excavation areas was expected to be
completed within a few days of the completion of Exc-4.
