SITE NAME: Sommers Auto Wrecking

SITE LOCATION: 647 WEST 3300 SOUTH, South Salt Lake, Utah

DATE OF SITE VISIT: 22, August, 2024

PURPOSE OF SITE VISIT: DERR (Lincoln Grevengoed) visited to observe ongoing remedial work.

FIELD OBSERVATIONS: The water in the EXC-4 pit was noticeably clearer than during the initial
excavation. Water from one of the Baker tanks was still leaking but appeared to be managed via several
plastic buckets. Work at Exc-2 was expected to wrap up on the day of the visit. The DERR was able to
collect a split sample from Exc-2 during the visit.
