A company has been hired to correct the second violation. It has not been completed but should be soon.

I am writing to address the significant deficiencies identified during the recent sanitary survey conducted at Garden City on July 1, 2024.
Our records indicate the correction of the two significant deficiencies identified during the survey are yet to be submitted.
