The Division of Waste Management and Radiation Control has completed its review of the Energy Fuels Resources (USA) Inc. (EFR) June 12, 2018 As-Built Report for groundwater monitoring wells MW-38, MW-39 and MW-40 (Report). The Report was received on June 14, 2018.
Based on the Division’s review, the Report complies with all requirements of the Groundwater
Discharge Permit, Permit No. UGW370004 (Permit) Parts I.F.6 and I.H.2. Therefore, the Report is hereby approved. Please note that in accordance with the Permit, Part I.H.3, quarterly background monitoring for
monitoring wells MW-38, MW-39 and MW-40 is required to commence within 30 calendar days of this
