Semi-Annual Monitoring report for Title V Permit #4500003005. This submittal is in
accordance with Operating Permit provision 1.S.2.a, and Utah Administrative Code (UAC)
R307 415 6a(3)(c)(i).
This report covers the period from April 1,2024, to September 30, 2024.
