Dear Mr. Anderson:
Energy Fuels Resources (USA) Inc. is providing this letter to notify the Division of Waste Management and
Radiation Control (“DWMRC”) of the White Mesa Mill’s tailing solution, slimes drain, and leak detection
system (“EDS”) sampling as required by the Utah Groundwater Discharge Permit (the “GWDP”) UGW370004.
The sampling event is scheduled for Tuesday August 22, 2017 and, if necessary, Wednesday August 23, 2017.
The Mill staff plan to sample consistent with the GWDP and the DWMRC-approved Sampling and Analysis
Plan (“SAP”).
