White Mesa Uranium Mill - Roberts Pond Final Grading Plan
Reference is made to the Energy Fuels Resources (USA) Inc. ("EFRI") Roberts Pond Excavation Report
dated April 6, 2015. Pursuant to the Roberts Pond Excavation Report, EFRI is submitting this final
grading plan for the Roberts Pond area at the White Mesa Mill (the "Mill") for the Division of Waste
Management and Radiation Control ("DWMRC") review and approval.
As noted in the referenced report, Roberts Pond is considered clean and no further clean up actions are
required.
