Report: Closeout Letter
Dear Ms. Tischler:
The Utah Division of Radiation Control ("DRC") has completed the review of the 2013 Annual Wastewater
Sampling Report. The review was based on compliance with the following:
• White Mesa Uranium Mill Ground Water Quality Assurance Plan ("QAP").
Revision 7.1, dated May 25, 2012.
• Groundwater Discharge Permit No. UGW370004 ("Permit"). Permit version that was signed on
August 24, 2012.
• Tailings and slimes Drain Sampling Program (hereafter "Plan") Revision 2.1 dated July 30, 2012.
The review found that the Energy Fuels Resources. Report appeared to be in compliance with the Permit,
QAP, and Plan. This letter constitutes a closeout of the 2013 Annual Wastewater Sampling Report
