Dear Ms. Tischler:
The Utah Division of Radiation Control ("DRC") has completed the review of the 2013 Annual Seep and
Springs Sampling Report (Report).
The review was based on compliance with the:
• White Mesa Uranium Mill Ground Water Quality Assurance Plan ("QAP").
Revision 7.2, dated June 6,2012.
• Groundwater Discharge Permit No. UGW370004 ("Permit"). Permit version that was signed on
August 24, 2012.
• Sampling Plan for Seeps and Springs In the Vicinity of the White Mesa Uranium Mill, Revision 0.
("Plan").
DRC review concluded that the Report appeared to be in compliance with the Permit, QAP, and Plan. This
letter constitutes a closeout of the 2013 Annual Seep and Springs Sampling Report.
