Dear Paul Southam:The Division of Drinking Water (the Division) discovered an unapproved facility in service during the course of the Sanitary Survey conducted on July 15th, 2024. A
Hydropneumatic Tank (Tank) was installed to help regulate and maintain system pressure and reduce wear on the system pumps. A date code on the tank would suggest that the tank was installed
sometime after 2018.
The Tank, Model # H2P80, was manufactured by Flexcon Industries. It has a capacity of 81-gallons with a maximum working pressure of 125-psi.
Based upon the site visit and further investigation, the Division has determined that this Tank meets all requirements for operating permit issuance. On this basis, an Operating Permit
for the Tankis hereby issued as constituted by this letter.
Please maintain a copy of this letter with your permanent records for future reference.The issuance of this Operating Permit resolves your water system’s deficiency related to G001 -
