Notes:There is a small gap where the piping has broken off. This has been repaired but has been
covered with #14 instead of #4. This will be replaced with #4.

Notes:The tank is currently empty and dry. Two large rocks are on top of this tank but there is
currently no lock on the access opening. Bona Vista PWS states that they have disconnected
the line to the tank and are working with DDW to remove this tank from the inventory.
