certified by Mr. Greg T. Corcoran, a Registered Professional Engineer in the state of Utah.

We received and reviewed the subject information noted in references 1, 4, 6, and 8 above. DRC provided
comments and requests for information per items 2, 3, 5, and 7 above. After review ofthe subject Email as
described in reference 1, we have no further comments. Therefore we hereby approve the Cell 4B
Construction Quality Assurance [CQA] Report, including addendums 1 through 3 as described in
references 1, 4, and 6 above.
