Response: DRC Close-out
DearMr. Frydenlund:
DRC received the January 19, 2010 DUSA response conceming the DRC 2009 Storm Water hispection
and December 16, 2009 DRC RFI. Per DRC review of the DUSA Response it appears that the two
infonnation requests listed on the DRC December 16, 2010 letter were addressed satisfactorily. This issue
is therefore closed.
As an additional advisory, please be aware that the DRC December 16, 2009 Findings. Recommendations
and RFI Letter also lists a number of recommendations regarding the observed DUSA SWBMPP onsite
documentation procedures as well as fmdings during the site walkthrough. DRC will be following up
regarding DUSA actions to address those recommendations during the 2010 inspection.
