Per Utah regulations R307-327-5 (a) and (5) this letter is to notiff you that Tanks 2 and 42 were
opened for maintenance, repairs, and inspection. The floating-roof seals in both tanks have been
closely inspected. The seals are in good condition. Silver Eagle intends to put these tanks back in
service on or about November 7,2024.
