We received your email dated October 19, 2009, subject as above. The subject DUSA email was sent in
response to a DRC letter of September 22, 2009 requesting revisions to the LMP, Revision 0. We have
reviewed this infonnation, and note that lhe items requested by our September 22, 2009 letter have been
incorporated into LMP, Revision 1.
Therefore, the DRC finds LMP, Rayision ! acceptable and effective in:imediately. Far your infoiTnation, a
small change will be made in the Ground Water Discharge Pemiit Part I.F.2 to have liner repair reports, as
required by the LMP, to be included in the next quarterly DMT Report, following completion of liner
repair work.
