Per a telephone conversation between Loren Morton (DRC) and you on November 5. 2009 (about 13:40),
Denison Mines (USA) Corp. (DUSA) has agreed to dehver four items related lo the Infiltration and
Contaminant Transport Modeling (ICTM) Report to DRC A list ofthese items and discussed due dales is

Explanation of Deliverable Due to DRC
DUS.A agreed to provide meeting minutes regarding the
September 2, 2009 meeting amongst DRC, DUSA and
MWH. DRC received the "draft" meeting minutes (via e-
maiDon i 1/12/2009.
DUS.A will provide revised meethig minutes
(incorporating DRC comments) regarding the March 31.
2009 meeting amongst DRC, DUSA and MWH.
DUS.A will provide a final response to lhe February 2.
2009 DRC Request for information letter.
DUSA will provide a revised. 2'"^ Draft, ofthe ICTM
report.
Per a conversation between you and Tom Rushing (DRC) on November 10. 2009 (about 14:10) these dates
were again confirmed and it was discus.'^ed that they would be sent to you in the form of a confirmatory
action letter.
